The Beltrac 3000 Stanchion has a safety-driven slow retract belt that uses a dampener brake to guarantee a smooth, controlled retraction from up to 13ft. The unit comes with a complete manufacture warranty, 5 years on the post, and 3 years on the belt and mechanism. The four-way belt connection allows full operational setup without having to do heavy lifting. Belt mechanism is completely enclosed to protect against dirt and wear and tear. An automatic Belt locking option is available to prevent accidental release of belts. The unit can connect to most manufacturer's stanchions.
This kind of retractable stanchions has been used in airports, retail stores, and hospitality queueing lines for decades to assist in organizing clients waiting in line.
