The Low-Profile Barricade is most commonly used to designate airport secure zones, when construction work is taking place within the secure zone of airports.

The airport low profile barricade is super lightweight and weighs only 35 pounds empty; once filled with water it can weigh up to 375 pounds. At 24 inches high, this advantageous height-to-weight ratio gives the enhanced staying power during inclement weather, high-wind conditions and provides more visibility to pilots in large air crafts. This barricade is specifically designed for quick and easy moves, with molded lower forklift points to ease in relocation even when filled with water. Like our other airport safety products, this low profile barricade is specifically designed to meet the needs of large and small airports while exceeding FAA safety compliance standards.

These airport construction barricades connect without additional hardware as they come with built in interlocking pins. Each barricade features specially designed fill-holes to accommodate hazard warning lights.

These medium-height barricades also work extremely well in low-speed construction zones, parking lots, and specialty applications where federal highway construction zone standards do not apply.
