25' BumperWrap Protector

The BumperWrap™ protector is a great option to provide padded protection for columns, light pole bases, beams and large obstacles, among other applications. It can be installed in a fast and easy way with heavy-duty cable ties or poly strapping at indoor or outdoor places.

• BumperWrap protector is available in a 25’ roll that can be cut to length for almost any application. 
• Because of its conformability, it can fit in custom applications that have odd sizes or shapes.
• It is constructed from non-marring vinyl, which is resistant to UV, flexible, and makes it durable giving a long service life.
• The black and yellow vinyl makes it highly visible from long distances.
• You can use multiple layers of BumperWrap to protect any height or section of post.
• Installation is done with heavy duty cable ties or polyethylene strapping, that are hidden in the BumperWrap internal channels. All materials that are required are plastic so they won’t rust or cause vehicle damage.

Installation instructions:

First step: Measure the circumference of the object you will wrap.

Second step: Measure length of BumperWraps to fit on the object, and cut to the determined length. A sharp utility knife or heavy-duty scissors will work well to cut BumperWraps. If you want to ensure a square cut, we recommend for you to use a metal framing square or a similar tool. Check if the length is correct by wrapping the cut piece tight around the object, leaving ½” gap for the fasteners. 

Third step: Feed the fasteners through BumperWraps. To ensure the BumperWrap is properly secured in place, we recommend for you to use a minimum of four straps or cable ties per piece. For installations of 48” or less, use heavy-duty cable ties, and for longer installations use ½” plastic strap and buckles. (Silicone spray can be used to aid in sliding the attachment banding into BumperWraps)

Fourth step: Apply the material at the optimum height for vehicle protection and visibility. You can use multiple layers of BumperWrap to protect any height or section of post.
