7" Soft Padded Bollard Covers with Reflective Tape

The 7" Soft Padded Bollard Cover with Reflective Tape combines high visibility with a cushioned exterior for steel bollards, posts, and light pole bases. Available in 40" and 50" heights, these padded covers are ideal for parking garages, warehouses, loading areas, shopping centers, gas stations, restaurants, and other locations where bollards are positioned near vehicles or pedestrian traffic.

Each cover is custom sewn with a 1/2" closed-cell polyethylene foam core surrounded by a durable 10 oz reinforced rip-stop nylon shell. The padded construction helps cushion minor contact and can help protect vehicle doors and other surfaces from incidental bumps against exposed steel posts.

A 2" high 3M reflective sewn band increases visibility, while the waterproof, mold- and mildew-resistant, fade-resistant exterior makes the cover suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Available Heights

Choose between 40" and 50" standard heights. Both versions have the same 7.3" inside diameter, padded construction, material, color options, reflective band, and warranty.

Technical Specifications

Cushioned Protection for High-Traffic Areas

Traditional steel bollards can create a hard contact point in parking and vehicle-access areas. The polyethylene foam core of these padded covers creates a softer exterior surface that can help cushion minor bumps and reduce the potential for scratches, scuffs, and light contact damage to vehicle doors and other nearby surfaces.

The padding does not replace the structural function of the underlying bollard. Instead, it adds a cushioned exterior layer while improving the appearance and visibility of the existing post.

Reflective Visibility

Each padded cover incorporates a 2" high reflective band made from 3M reflective sewn material. The band provides a highly visible contrast around the cover to help drivers and pedestrians identify bollards in parking garages, warehouses, loading areas, and other environments where lighting may be limited.

Choose a red or white reflective band to coordinate with the selected black or yellow cover.

40" or 50" Height

The 40" model is suitable for shorter posts and applications where only the primary contact area needs to be covered. The 50" model provides additional vertical coverage for taller bollards and light pole bases.

Both versions have the same 7.3" inside diameter, construction, padding, reflective band, and available colors. Simply select the height that best matches the exposed portion of your existing bollard.
