Aluminum Truck Dockboards with Steel Safety Curbs are engineered to create a safe, stable bridge between trucks and loading docks. Their durable aluminum tread plate deck, combined with reinforced steel safety curbs, ensures smooth, secure transitions for forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Designed for portability and OSHA-compliant safety, these dockboards provide reliable performance in warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial facilities.

Each dockboard is manufactured from high-strength aluminum, keeping the unit lightweight yet capable of supporting heavy loads. Beveled edges allow for easier equipment entry and exit, while yellow-painted steel curbs provide a visual safety barrier and prevent run-offs. Locking legs are canted for truck portability and added stability. Capacities are based on the type of equipment and load being handled; for three-wheeled forklifts, a board rated at least four times the lifting capacity of the truck is required. Width should always be a minimum of 15 inches greater than the load or equipment span.

Available Configurations

All models share the same 10,000 lb, 15,000 lb, or 20,000 lb load capacity rating and aluminum-steel construction. The key differences are board width and length, which determine compatibility with dock openings and vehicle size, as well as capacity class.

  • 10,000 lb Capacity Models:
    Available in widths of 60" and 72", with lengths ranging from 36" up to 72".
  • 15,000 lb Capacity Models:
    Same footprint options (60" or 72" widths, 36"–72" lengths), built with reinforced construction for heavier forklift and load handling.
  • 20,000 lb Capacity Models:
    Heavy-duty designs in 60" and 72" widths, lengths from 36" to 72", suited for the heaviest industrial use.
