The 5.5" OD Surface-Mount Steel Safety Bollard provides a durable, highly visible barrier for warehouses, work areas, storage racks, machinery, pedestrian zones, and other commercial or industrial environments. Available in 36", 42", and 48" heights, all three versions share the same heavy-duty welded steel construction, powder-coated safety-yellow finish, and surface-mount base plate.

Each bollard is manufactured from 5.5" OD Schedule 10 carbon steel pipe welded to an 8" × 8" × 5/8" steel base plate. Four pre-drilled 1" mounting holes provide clearly defined anchor locations for installation on a suitable concrete surface.

A removable black molded plastic cap closes the top of the bollard and can be removed when access to the hollow interior is required. The bollard may also be filled with concrete when appropriate for the intended installation.

Surface-Mount Installation

Each bollard is welded to an 8" × 8" × 5/8" steel base plate with four 1" diameter pre-drilled mounting holes. The surface-mount design allows the bollard to be positioned and anchored to a suitable concrete surface without embedding the steel pipe below grade.

Anchoring hardware is not listed as included and should be selected according to the mounting surface, substrate condition, and project requirements.
