Dock Chain Bollard Barrier Systems

Dock Chain Bollard Barrier Systems provide a durable and highly visible solution for controlling access, creating safe walkways, and restricting traffic in loading docks and other high-traffic areas. Featuring safety yellow steel bollards and double chains, these systems act as visual and physical barriers that protect both personnel and equipment. The chain attachments are positioned at 21" and 39–41" above the floor for effective coverage, with chain lengths customizable upon request.

Each system includes two steel bollards, two 127" long safety chains, and a conversion kit with all necessary mounting brackets, fasteners, and quick links. The chains can be quickly installed or removed via bolt-on hookups, offering flexibility in environments where access requirements change frequently. Both the 4.5" and 5.5" diameter bollard versions are available, with the primary difference being bollard size and structural strength.

• DCBB-42 Series: Includes two bollards, two 127" chains, and one DCBB-B-KIT. Concrete anchor hardware is sold separately.
• DCBB-B-KIT: Allows conversion of existing bollards into a chain barrier system. Includes brackets, fasteners, quick links, and a chain post handle. (Not compatible with 2" diameter or 24" tall bollards.)
• Steel Dock Chain Barrier Bollard, 4.5" Diameter: Standard strength bollard system with double chain security, designed for doorways up to 10'. 
• Steel Dock Chain Barrier Bollard, 5.5" Diameter: Heavier-duty option for added strength and extended durability in industrial applications. 

Note: Order chain slightly longer than the exact distance between bollards to allow for proper slack.
