Steel Hand Pump Edge-O-Dock Levelers – 30,000 lb. Capacity

The Steel Hand Pump Edge-O-Dock Leveler provides a reliable and permanent solution for bridging the gap between your dock and trailer. Designed for docks at least 48" high, these levelers are ideal for heavy-duty loading environments and support up to 30,000 pounds of uniform capacity. The unit mounts directly to the dock face, eliminating the need for a concrete recess, and includes all components for efficient manual operation using a hydraulic hand pump.

Both models use a hydraulic hand pump system that lifts the deck and extends the lip. Once the trailer is in place, the operator opens the relief valve to lower the deck onto the trailer. When the trailer departs, the lip drops behind the bumpers, returning the unit to its stored position. Each unit comes complete with a hand pump, wall-mount brackets, cylinder, 180" hydraulic line, and oil. A steel dock edge or approach ramp is required for proper installation.
