Set Mounting Location

Determine the required wall location and mounting height for the grip connector.

Install Grip Connector

Keep the connector vertical and level. Secure it using the supplied screws; use appropriate anchors or alternate hardware when the wall construction requires it.

Attach the Housing

Slide the retractable-belt mechanism over the grip connector dovetail until centered, then tighten the pan-head retaining screw.

Install Opposing Receptacle

Mount the included wall receptacle directly opposite the housing and level with the belt so the barrier deploys straight across the intended span.
